The 1.9 km circuit hike begins at the Harbour Master’s Cottage ruins near the YHA on the Strand. Follow the cobblestone path around Freemans Knob, passing Ladys Beach, Rocky Bay, and Green Bay, until you reach Knights Beach. Return along the Esplanade and Centenary Stairs, passing Freemans Lookout.
